NGRS performs whatever steps are necessary to keep vacant properties secure, safe and well-maintained inside and out. Our contractors perform the work based on applicable investor and insurer guidelines. Our contractors also evaluate and report potential damages or issues so we can handle them in a timely and cost-effective manner. During cold weather, our contractors winterize the properties using industry standard procedures. Debris removal, both interior and exterior, is performed based on applicable investor and insurer guidelines. Lawn maintenance is performed on a regular basis, usually every two weeks in season, beginning in April in most states. Shrubs are trimmed once per season, and more frequently at the client’s request. All lawn maintenance is performed according to client instructions and investor guidelines. During lawn maintenance, properties are also checked to assure that they are secure. Although rare in the southeast, snow accumulation of three inches or higher is removed per investor guidelines, and surfaces are salted to prevent ice build-ups.
